We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant (Audit) to join our clients growing team. As an Senior Accountant (Audit), you will play a critical role in leading financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations across a diverse range of client industries. You will perform complex audit procedures, proactively engage with client management, and provide key insights to enhance business operations. In this role, you will also supervise, train, and mentor junior staff and interns, contributing to the professional development of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead financial statement audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in various industries.
Perform and document audit procedures over complex accounting areas.
Proactively interact with clients’ key management to gather information, resolve issues, and offer recommendations for process and business improvements.
Keep managers and shareholders informed of engagement-related developments.
Research and analyze complex accounting and audit-related matters.
Leverage data extraction, data analytics, and data visualization tools to provide valuable insights to clients.
Supervise, train, and mentor staff and interns on audit processes and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum of three years of experience in public accounting.
CPA license eligibility required.
Proven experience in data extraction, analytics, and visualization presentation.
Strong leadership, mentoring, and training skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
