GEE Group is partnering with an expanding manufacturer to find an exceptional Regulatory Compliance Manager to lead compliance efforts and ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with corporate leaders, regulatory agencies, and cross-functional teams to make a meaningful impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Regulatory Monitoring & Reporting: Stay updated with local, state, federal, and international regulatory requirements that impact our client, including EPA, OSHA, DOT, and FDA regulations. Ensure the company's compliance with these regulations by monitoring changes and implementing necessary adjustments to processes and policies.
- Expert Guidance: Advise internal teams on regulatory and technical requirements for local, national, and EPA/FDA matters.
- Audit Leadership: Conduct internal ISO audits and site inspections to maintain compliance with ISO, FDA, EPA, GMP, and FSMA/FSVP standards.
- Emerging Trends: Stay ahead of regulation changes and emerging issues in North America, communicating key insights to corporate teams.
- Sustainability Efforts: Support sustainability initiatives, including CO2 footprint tracking and corporate sustainability activities.
- Project Oversight: Lead regulatory projects in collaboration with consultants and laboratories.

What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in regulatory compliance within a manufacturing environment.
- Product Stewardship experience.
- In-depth knowledge of EPA, FDA, ISO, and GMP regulations.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret technical documents, including Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and regulatory guidelines.
- A proactive mindset to identify emerging trends and ensure forward-thinking compliance strategies.
