About the Role:
As the Controller, you will be responsible for driving financial accuracy, optimizing cost structures, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role requires a hands-on leader who can streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and provide valuable insights to guide business decisions. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, working closely with leadership to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Additionally, this position involves mentoring a small accounting team, ensuring best practices are upheld, and managing external audits and tax planning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Extensive experience in manufacturing finance, including cost accounting and process improvement.
- A proven leader who can manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- A background in ERP systems, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred).
