GEE Group has partnered with a leading provider of advanced industrial equipment solutions specializing in IR measurement devices and heat conductor rollers used in steel processing.
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Service Technician to join this dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of large industrial equipment, ensuring optimal performance for clients. Additionally, you will conduct training sessions on newly installed equipment to educate clients on proper operation and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IR measurement devices and heat conductor rollers.
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.
- Conduct training classes for clients on newly installed equipment, covering proper operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practices.
- Utilize AutoCAD or other design software to assist with equipment layouts, modifications, or technical documentation.
- Provide technical support to clients, answering questions and assisting with equipment optimization.
- Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software is preferred.
- Previous experience in field service, equipment maintenance, or training roles is a plus.
