What You’ll Do:
- Oversee and enhance the company’s Health & Safety (H&S) Program
- Lead workplace safety initiatives, conduct audits, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and other industry standards.
- Identify and mitigate potential hazards through risk assessments and proactive safety measures.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement by leading safety projects, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
- Maintain safety records, regulatory inspections, and emergency response procedures.
- Develop and deliver engaging safety training programs, including new hire orientation and ongoing employee education.
- Support emergency preparedness by facilitating drills, safety committees, and incident investigations.
