GEE Group is seeking a results-driven Process Engineer for our client to lead impactful process improvement initiatives in their manufacturing facility. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic operational, maintenance, and reliability goals in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance quality, productivity, and HS&E performance.
- Act as a change agent, challenging existing processes and metrics to optimize performance.
- Analyze data to identify leverage points, quantify benefits, implement plans, and monitor results.
- Lead cross-functional teams across departments to improve product performance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering within manufacturing.
- Strong problem-solving, data analysis, and process optimization skills.
