Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and modify 2D and 3D mechanical designs using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
- Create detailed technical drawings, assembly models, and layouts for mechanical components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project specifications and timelines.
- Perform product design revisions and updates based on testing and customer feedback.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including troubleshooting, process improvements, and coordination with production teams.
- Ensure all design processes comply with industry standards and company protocols.
- Support the operations team with technical expertise and guidance as needed.
- Participate in project management and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational workflows.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred, or equivalent hands-on experience as a Design Engineer or Technician.
- Proficiency in both 2D and 3D design software (AutoCAD and SolidWorks).
- Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and material properties.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and operational duties effectively.
