We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of urgency and be passionate about solving customer problems.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle and respond to 10-30 customer calls per day
Provide excellent service and support to our customers
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently

Required Qualifications:

Manufacturing Customer Service experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred knowledge

Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with engines
- IE: Ability to take apart a carburetor or diagnose issues with an engine
