Accounting Manager Responsibilities:

Strategize and execution of all accounting functions — from GL to fixed assets and audits
Annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and the insight to spot trouble before it hits
Full-spectrum financial reporting, internal controls, compliance
Cross-functional collaboration — operations, leadership, purchasing — you touch it all

Accounting Manager Key Experiences:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
3–5 years of managerial experience in finance or accounting
Knowledge of GAAP, and ERP systems
The confidence to lead — and the humility to keep learning
